And welcome to a brand new summer. Here you will find the basics of what you and your family will need to know to navigate the kid’s program, but for more information about who we are and for detail concerning the whats, whys and hows of our ministry, please click through our new website! Check our staff bios, curriculum and program structures, a weekly schedule of events and much more!

If you have little ones coming up with you this summer, we also encourage you to take a few minutes to fill our and mail in your Registration Form 2010, so that we can better prepare to accommodate your child’s specific needs.

This summer will see a re-birth of the MBC Youth Program.  Now comprised of three age groups:

• XT (Cross Trainers)                          Grade 4 to 5 (completed by end June, 2010)
• RIOT                                                      Grade 6 to 8 (completed by end June, 2010)
• YAC (Youth Adoring Christ)          Grade 9 to 12 (completed by end June, 2010)

The central meeting area will be the YAC room in Founder’s Hall.

We would like to encourage all parents to PRE-REGISTER your teen to ensure we are adequately prepared this summer!

New for 2010 – each participant will enrol in one skill (per week) from the following options (some additional costs for certain skills are applicable):

Summer 2010 Room Rates

Children 0-17 stay for FREE in same room as parents/guardian!

Additional adults (more than 2) are $15.00 extra, per person, per night.

Breakfast will be added to room charge (children 12 and under eat free breakfast)

Note:  During our Summer Conference (July / August) – there is a 2 night minimum stay required for our accommodations.

We are accepting full week bookings only (Sat to Sat, 7 nights) until March 31, 2010. Starting April 1st individual nights or weekends may be booked.

Rates also include use of amenities such as kayak and canoe rentals/ mini golf and more.

To make a reservation we require the name, address, and phone number of each family along with a 25% deposit (minimum $25) per reservation.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation with more than 7 day notice of arrival the deposit may be refunded less a $25 Administration fee.

With less than 7 day notice of arrival the entire deposit will be forfeited.
