Position: Maintenance Team Member

Maintenance Department:

The Maintenance Department works as part of the MBC team to ensure that the facility is safe, proactively maintained, aesthetically pleasing and well equipped to meet guest expectations and to support ministry objectives.

The department maintains 125 acres of property with over 50 buildings and more than 100,000 square feet ‘under roof’ as well as the supporting infrastructure of roads, water system, sewage system and vehicles & equipment.

Job Description:

The Maintenance Team Member position is ideally suited to a generalist who would like to develop and apply skills in all areas of maintenance.

Experience in any trade is preferred but not required. We are willing to help you develop the necessary skills over a long career at MBC.

Willingness to work toward certification as a licensed water and sewer operator is a job requirement. MBC will provide the necessary training and cover the cost to achieve this certification.

Hours of Work:

Full time, salaried, year-round position

Saturday, Sunday and evening shift work as well as on-call time are required on the Maintenance team.
